A public record must be readable by everyone.
Wamunyoro aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard and with screen readers, including TalkBack on Android.
- Speeches have full transcripts on the page, and videos have captions.
- PDF documents always have an accessible text version.
- Text keeps strong contrast in both light and dark themes, and the site respects reduced-motion settings.
- Pages are designed to load quickly on slow and expensive mobile connections.
Status
The site is in development. An independent accessibility audit will be completed before the election period, and its results published here.
